On an unusually rainy spring day in Sydney I was wondering where I could show a friend around, who had just arrived from overseas. We used to go to primary school together in Bulgaria. Who would have ever imagined we would be living in the same city again, just 13,325km away (yes, I googled the exact distance). We met at the Fine Food Store located in ‘the Rocks’ for brunch and a long overdue catch up. Brunch was delicious, the coffee was great and the people working there were really friendly.
Since it was still overcast when we were done, we decided to go to the Museum of Contemporary Art. There were some interesting installations and I would definitely recommend going to see them! I was really impressed by Aleks Danko’s exhibition. It is called ‘My Fellow Aus-tra-Aliens’ and will be on until 18 October 2015.
Here are some photos from the exhibition.
